SOCIAL ASPECTS OF HUMANIZATION UKRAINIAN MARKET OF LABOR

Annotation. A general characteristic of the process of socialization of the labor market has been made, and the most urgent problems of the present are determined. The new quality of the social dialogue between the state, employers and civil society is proved in harmonization of the modern labor market, the role of each subject of social dialogue and the system of interests, what they represent and analyze the possibilities of using social dialogue as a tool for humanization of the labor market and social and labor relations. The authors state that the level of socialization of the labor market is the main indicator of the social orientation of the market economy system as a whole.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the main problems of the modern labor market in Ukraine, as well as develop recommendations for their overcoming. In modern market conditions, there are constant changes in both the political and economic life of the society that positively or negatively affect the state and development of the labor market. In this regard, there is a need to study not only the labor market itself, but also the levers of its management, the ways of its development. The role of the state is to create conditions conducive to reducing social tension and the security of society, while allowing Ukraine to increase its competitiveness. In this regard, the study of the labor market and the identification of its main problems is topical.

Determined that the level of socialization of the labor market is the main indicator of the social market economic system as a whole. Low level and insufficient intensity of labor market socialization processes cause low efficiency of market transformations. To increase the effectiveness of the reform, it is necessary to apply a new methodological approach, which should base on the functioning of social and labor relations on the principles of social partnership.

The article substantiates the necessity of social and economic evaluation of the quality of working life at all levels of regulation of social and labor relations with the purpose of monitoring the dynamics and management of the process of its increase, the conditions of labor activity are considered and an assessment is given in modern conditions. It is justified as a necessary condition for improving the quality of working life, overcoming the poverty of the able-bodied population.

It is proved that the effective use of the human factor in the conditions of innovative transformation of the economic system requires constant monitoring of the labor market, which contributes to ensuring the rational use of human potential and to identify the adequacy of the current state of social and labor relations.

The article deals with the need to develop long-term and short-term strategies for the socialization of the labor market, which would provide for an expanded reproduction of jobs based on maximum attraction of domestic and foreign investments. Strategies can promote a significant increase in investments in the development of society, radical reform of wages and the pension system, legislative and regulatory support for social and labor relations. The authors pointed to the new quality of the social dialogue of the state, employers and civil society in the harmonization of the modern labor market, the role of each subject of social dialogue and the system of interests that they represent and analyzed the possibilities of using social dialogue as an instrument for humanizing the labor market.
